University Personnel Policies and Procedures are developed and implemented systemwide to provide guidance and safeguard the campus community. A clear understanding of policy and procedures by University personnel helps to preserve best practices and advance the mission of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Êapp.
Collectively Negotiated Agreements
Personnel whose titles are exclusively represented by a bargaining unit (union), are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in a collectively negotiated agreement. In addition to the CNA, those employees may also be subject to locally negotiated procedures as well as any successor memorandum of agreement.
